Job summary

OCBC Campus is seeking a VP, Learning & Transformation Learning Business Partner to drive learning strategy across banking units, leveraging Power BI and AI tools. You will partner with business leaders and HR to shape curricula, measure impact, and foster a culture of continuous development in a fast-paced bank.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of Learning & Development experience or transferable skills in people development.
• Exposure to business-focused HR functions and understanding of synergies with L&D like talent development and performance development.
• Familiarity with IBF Skills Framework for Financial Services; experience in sustainable finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner specific business divisions/units to understand capability needs and develop a skilled workforce.
• Develop customised learning roadmaps and curricula aligned to business plans.
• Collaborate with HR teams to deliver strategic people agenda and align L&T strategy with HR objectives.
• Conceptualise and drive innovative learning solutions, potentially including digital content or programs.
• Oversee programme management, track learning effectiveness, and leverage technology to optimise learning delivery.
