OCBC in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead trade financing initiatives, coordinating with Technology and Business stakeholders to drive end-to-end process improvements.

The role emphasizes Agile delivery, coaching teams, backlog support, and stakeholder engagement. Requires 8+ years in PM within financial services, AVP/VP level, and on-site work at Tampines/Punggol/Raffles Place.

Formación

• 8+ years hands-on Project Management experience, preferably in Financial Institutions and Trade Finance.
• 3+ years of Trade Finance project experience with budgets > SGD 1 million.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end processes in trade and supply chain finance.
• Proven ability to work as a team player within a PM community.
• Excellent listening, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated creative problem-solving and self-starting leadership.

• Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise team value.
