Job summary

OCBC Group is hiring a VP/AVP IT Project Manager for Global Trade Finance in Singapore. This onsite role focuses on leading trade finance transformation, coordinating technology and business stakeholders, and delivering end-to-end improvements.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in project management within financial institutions, with trade finance project experience and strong Agile practice. You will work onsite at Tampines/Punggol or Raffles Place, contributing to a strategic modernization

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Project Management experience in Financial Institutions, Trade Finance preferred.
• Experience handling Trade Finance projects worth SGD 1M+ is a plus.
• Deep expertise in project management methodologies and Agile frameworks.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end trade and supply chain finance processes.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and team leadership abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor teams to deliver outcomes aligned with Agile values.
• Identify and remove obstacles hindering team progress.
• Support Product Owners in backlog management to maximise value.
• Collaborate with PMs and stakeholders to scale project outcomes.
• Foster a safe, high-performing team environment.
