Job summary

ESG INT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an Assistant Finance Manager to oversee daily accounting, financial reporting and internal controls in Singapore. You will support management in planning, budgeting and decision-making, and supervise a small finance team.

You will ensure timely month-end close, assist with audits, tax filings and compliance with accounting standards, while driving process improvements and accuracy across all financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• ACCA/CPA/CA or equivalent is advantageous.
• 5–7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Supervisory or team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including GL, AP and AR.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports.
• Monitor variances against budgets and forecasts; support planning.
• Coordinate audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
