Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President to lead Access & Identity Management (AIM) Operations and Customer Identity Engineering. You will direct global IAM/CIAM platforms, drive modernization and security, and partner with cybersecurity, engineering, and risk teams to enable digital transformation and business growth.

Role requires strong leadership of global teams, expert knowledge of IAM products, and experience delivering secure authentication, authorization, and identity verification

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT operations or engineering management in a global environment.
• Proven ability to manage IAM/CIAM platforms and security operations.
• Knowledge of modern identity standards and secure authentication methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, engineering, security, and modernization of IAM/CIAM platforms globally.
• Own delivery, reliability, governance, and improvement of identity platforms including MFA and passwordless methods.
• Drive design, implementation, and operation of secure authentication, SSO, and identity verification.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and large-scale integrations with business goals.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, engineering, risk, and business stakeholders to enable digital transformation.
