Job summary

GIC is seeking a VP/SVP, Identity & Access Management within the Technology Group to lead end-to-end IAM governance, lifecycle management, and process optimization across hybrid environments. You will drive joiner-mover-leaver workflows, access recertification, and entitlement management while partnering with ITDR to strengthen identity security across the organization.

The role requires 7-9 years in cybersecurity with hands-on IAM, strong audit experience, and expertise in privilege management,

Qualifications

7-9 years of Cyber Security experience with at least 3 years in IAM and hands-on exposure to IGA processes (JML, recertification, role/entitlement management).
Experience with internal and external audit engagements is a must.
Familiarity with Identity Threat Detection concepts and collaboration with security operations on identity incidents is highly desirable.
Knowledge of Least Privileged access management methodology.

Responsibilities

Own and improve the JML lifecycle across systems including on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.
Design, execute, and track periodic access recertification campaigns.
Manage role and entitlement structures and ensure least-privilege alignment.
Collaborate with ITDR to address identity-related threats and incidents.
Oversee governance, audit assurance and compliance for IAM areas.
Identify automation opportunities to improve IAM efficiency and report on IAM KPIs.
Participate in cyber incident response activities related to identities and credentials.
