Morgan Stanley, Singapore, seeks a Vice President to lead Access & Identity Management (AIM) Operations & Customer Identity Engineering. You will own global IAM/CIAM platforms, drive security, reliability, and modernization in a complex enterprise environment.

You will partner with cybersecurity, engineering, risk, and compliance teams to deliver secure, scalable identity services and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM/CIAM platforms globally.
• Strong collaboration with cybersecurity, engineering, risk and compliance teams.
• Familiarity with MFA, passkeys, passwordless authentication, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML.
• Knowledge of ITIL or CISSP known as optional.
• Ability to design secure authentication, authorization and SSO solutions.

Responsabilités

• Lead operations, engineering, security, and modernization of enterprise IAM/CIAM platforms globally.
• Own delivery, reliability, governance and continuous improvement of identity platforms.
• Drive secure authentication, authorization and fraud‑resistant solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to deliver scalable, resilient identity services.
• Champion SRE principles and drive system architecture improvements.
