Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Vice President for Access & Identity Management Operations and Customer Identity Engineering. You will lead global IAM/CIAM operations, security, and modernization across platforms such as Transmit Security, PingFederate, ForgeRock, MFA, passkeys, OAuth/OIDC, and SAML.

This role partners with cybersecurity, engineering, risk, and compliance to deliver secure, scalable identity services.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IAM/CIAM platforms and identity transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, SSO, and federation protocols (OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML).
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations, engineering, security, and modernization of enterprise IAM/CIAM platforms globally.
• Drive design, implementation, and operation of secure authentication and identity services.
• Partner with cybersecurity, infra, architecture, risk and business stakeholders to deliver scalable identity solutions.
