Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of industry and exposure to ICG clients (local & global) & regulatory environment.
• Proven relevant experience in banking, markets and securities services products.
• Advanced understanding of risk management, risk mitigation and Client Due Diligence risks.
• Excellent team player with a proactive approach and strong interpersonal, sales and communication skills.
• Ability to form effective relationships and influence at senior levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive the growth strategy of the business and manage risk on the portfolio.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the ICG client base.
• Drive revenue growth across Singapore ICG portfolio.
• Identify marketing opportunities and prepare proposals, presentations for new products and services.
• Conduct client meetings and presentations to support high-quality client interactions.
• Ensure prompt response to customer enquiries by liaising with product and support teams.
• Contribute to achievement against targets for revenue, product alignment, customer satisfaction and cost containment.
• Liaise with regional counterparts as central point of contact for local matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including product partners and ensure compliance with rules and procedures.
• Act as the First Line of Defence to protect HSBC against Financial Crime and manage credit risk.
