Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a motivated Engineer to join the IAM Operations and SRE teams in Singapore. You will help build and run scalable IAM services, ensuring security, availability, and performance across global platforms.

The role emphasizes collaboration, incident response, and continuous improvement within a large enterprise environment. Ideal candidates bring hands-on IAM product experience (Transmit Security, ForgeRock, Ping Identity) and strong scripting, monitoring, and cloud

Qualifications

• Experience with IAM Operations or SRE in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and automation technologies is desirable.
• ITIL, CISSP, Security+ or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and optimize global IAM services, assessing system performance and contributing to technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues escalated by customers, support teams, and engineers.
• Support the alignment of IAM infrastructure with current and future business requirements.
• Participate in platform upgrades, migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Hands-on experience administering, upgrading, and troubleshooting TransmitSecurity or related Authentication products.
• Apply Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to improve operational excellence.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to improve system architecture, resiliency, and scalability.
• Implement automation solutions to reduce operational overhead and improve reliability.
• Drive initiatives to enhance system security, reliability, availability, and performance.
• Support business continuity and disaster recovery efforts for IAM platforms.
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and continuous service improvement efforts.
