Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate, Engineering or Construction with overseas exposure.
Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Willing to travel as required.
Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
Mature, resilient and able to manage challenging situations and projects.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Conduct market research to identify emerging markets and expansion opportunities.
Design and execute go-to-market plans for services, markets and client segments.
Lead end-to-end client engagement for major pursuits, including negotiations and deal closure.
Oversee bid management, proposals, submissions and presentations with high quality standards.
