Job summary

OCBC in Singapore seeks a senior Banker to drive Global Sponsors & Fund Finance within Structured & Project Finance. You will originate and structure fund finance solutions, manage strategic accounts, and expand relationships with leading private capital firms.

You will collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams on end-to-end credit processes, and help shape the bank's private capital strategy across regions. A strong network and deal execution track record are essential.

Qualifications

• You must have a strong track record in corporate or fund finance.
• Experience with sponsor coverage and leveraged or structured finance is preferred.
• Networking with private capital funds is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with Global Sponsors and private capital firms.
• Originate and execute fund finance transactions, including subscription facilities.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow wallet share and strengthen client relationships.
• Identify opportunities across the private capital ecosystem including infra and real estate.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams on end-to-end credit processes.
• Contribute to private capital coverage and fund finance strategy.
• Collaborate across lines, geographies, and stakeholders to deliver client solutions.
