Job summary

Fixed-Term in Singapore is seeking a senior banker to lead relationships with Global Sponsors and fund finance clients. You will originate, structure, and execute complex financing transactions, while developing strategic account plans and deepening client partnerships across private capital markets.

The role requires strong credit analysis, a broad network in private equity and infrastructure, and proactive collaboration with product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant Corporate Banking / Fund Finance / Sponsor Coverage experience.
• Proven ability to originate and execute complex lending transactions (subscription facilities and sponsor-backed structures).
• Strong understanding of fund structures, partnerships, and private capital markets.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen strategic relationships with Global Sponsors and private capital firms.
• Originate and execute fund finance transactions and structured financing solutions.
• Develop strategic account plans to grow wallet share and strengthen client relationships.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and product teams to manage end-to-end credit processes.
