Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore seeks an AVP/VP Fund Structurer to join the front-office fund management desk. The role spans investment product manufacturing, multi-asset trade execution, and legal/regulatory engineering.

You will lead the legal and regulatory setup of VCC sub-funds, drive best-execution trading across global markets, and manage end-to-end lifecycle of portfolios to deliver high-performing investment vehicles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative discipline; MAS/VC S regime exposure is a plus.
• Experience in banking, asset management, or financial services with wealth/private banking exposure.
• Strong understanding of Singapore Variable Capital Company (VCC) frameworks and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• Architect Bespoke VCC structures with internal teams.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of VCC sub-funds including launch and regulatory setup.
• Lead front-office best-execution trading across Fixed Income, Equities and Derivatives.
• Monitor risk, ensure compliance, and maintain high-quality fund documentation.
