Job summary

Bank of Singapore seeks a seasoned asset management professional to support the Private Market arm. You will originate, source and perform due diligence on funds, manage discretionary and advisory portfolios, and collaborate with legal, compliance, tax and operational teams to onboard opportunities for clients.

The role requires 5–8 years in asset management or private banking, strong knowledge of alternatives, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–8 years in Asset Management/Private Bank as a product specialist.
• Strong investment background with knowledge of alternatives.
• Comfortable presenting investment ideas to diverse audiences (internal/external).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; drafting investment analyses.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Originate, source and due diligence for Private Market funds; maintain a client pipeline.
• Provide portfolio management services for private markets (discretionary and advisory).
• Perform investment and operational due diligence; manage onboarding workstreams and documentation.
• Negotiate agreements and documentation for on-boarding and distribution of Private Market assets.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, tax and other service providers; support internal approvals and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare investment memos and lead education/communication efforts for front office and clients.
