Job summary

Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in Singapore seeks a Vice President Full-Stack Software Engineer to design and build high-performance, low-latency platforms for SPG risk hedging, trade execution, and post-trade processing.

You will work with trading, sales, quants and operations, applying AI to drive efficiency and innovation while delivering robust software throughout the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or master’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent
• 6+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Hands-on experience with Java
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI, skills development, prompt optimization
• A solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
• A solid understanding of data structures and algorithms as well as systems design
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team as well as independently

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain high-performance platforms for risk hedging, trade execution and workflow management.
• Scale infrastructure to support business growth and new products.
• Apply AI as a force multiplier to technical and business deliverables.
• Collect data and metrics to guide decision making and business intelligence.
• Collaborate with traders, sales, quants, operations and compliance to gather requirements and deliver features.
