Qualifications

Min. 4 years of hands-on software development experience building enterprise-scale systems.
Strong backend expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
Hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS, for high-availability patterns.
Experience with AI-enabled tools or platforms.
Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Build scalable metrics engines and optimize data/calculation processes.
Engineer complex risk workflows for evaluating market scenarios and risk.
Contribute to AI-driven, cloud-first architecture for resiliency and scalability.
Write clean, production-grade code and uplift platforms.
Follow SDLC practices, implement tests, and participate in code reviews.
Collaborate with quantitative engineers, tech leaders, and product managers.
