Qualifications

• Min. 4 years of hands-on software development experience building enterprise-scale systems.
• Strong backend expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Python.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and code reviews.
• Hands-on cloud experience, preferably AWS, for high-availability patterns.
• Experience with AI-enabled tools or platforms.
• Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable metrics engines and optimize data/calculation processes.
• Engineer complex risk workflows for evaluating market scenarios and risk.
• Contribute to AI-driven, cloud-first architecture for resiliency and scalability.
• Write clean, production-grade code and uplift platforms.
• Follow SDLC practices, implement tests, and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with quantitative engineers, tech leaders, and product managers.
