Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands‑on software development experience building and scaling enterprise-level, business-critical systems.
• Strong backend experience with Java, Spring Boot, Python.
• Experience with modern SDLC practices (CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews).
• Hands‑on experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, and building high‑availability patterns.
• Experience implementing or integrating AI-enabled tools, platforms, or automated solutions.
• Analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills; ability to work with proprietary systems.

Responsibilities

• Build Scalable Metrics Engines to generate high-throughput, accurate lending metrics.
• Engineer complex risk workflows to evaluate scenarios and assign credit ratings.
• Contribute to AI-driven, cloud-first architecture for resiliency and scalability.
• Write clean, production-grade code and uplift platforms through uplifts.
• Follow SDLC practices with unit tests and code reviews to ensure quality.
• Collaborate with quantitative engineers and product managers across teams.
