Job summary

The Japan Research Institute (JRI) Limited, Singapore branch, is seeking an accomplished VP/Principal I for EUC Delivery Planning and Enablement. You will partner with the Head of End User Services to shape regional service strategy, develop roadmaps, and ensure alignment with global standards across APAC.

This leader translates business needs into practical EUC solutions and drives transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA or similar is a plus.
10+ years in IT Service Delivery or End User Services with regional responsibility.

Responsibilities

Plan and define EUS service strategy aligned with regional/global standards.
Develop service roadmaps to support business growth and digital workplace transformation.
Own the EUS planning lifecycle from demand registration to budget planning and portfolio governance.
Lead as the EUS Business Enablement liaison between business units and IT EUS team.
Oversee major EUS initiatives with hands-on project leadership and budget management.
Mentor EUS professionals and drive cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Ensure alignment of EUS projects with global/regional strategies and communicate with Japanese stakeholders.
