Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (JRI) Singapore is seeking an IT Project Leader to drive data onboarding and governance initiatives for the APAC region. You will coordinate end-to-end onboarding across source systems, manage delivery, and align with global BizTech teams and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities span strategy, governance, and platform enablement, with emphasis on data quality, security, and ongoing improvements to operating models and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with around 10 years of IT Project Management experience required.
• Experience in solution architecture and design for IT systems.
• Proven collaboration and delivery track record in projects.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis.

Responsibilities

• Data Onboarding Strategy and Delivery: develop APAC onboarding roadmap.
• Lead onboarding for Head Office, regional, and local source systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities including requirements and execution.
• Manage project delivery: schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies.
• Stakeholder Management: liaison between APAC, Head Office, Global teams, stakeholders.
