You will manage complex programs, tight deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration across a global wealth management platform. The role emphasizes ESG regulations, risk management, and delivering end-to-end operating models to improve efficiency and control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in project management, regulatory compliance, or a related field within financial services.
• Understanding of ESG principles and regulatory requirements relevant to the investment industry.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across cross-functional initiatives and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for ESG-related regulatory projects and change initiatives across the Wealth Management platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with sustainable investing regulations.
• Drive analysis and documentation of project requirements and outcomes.
• Oversee progress of project deliverables ensuring timely completion and regulatory compliance.
• Co‑develop and drive end‑to‑end implementation of target operating models and strategies to improve efficiency, risk mitigation, and tech enhancement.
• Present approaches and updates to senior management on project status and risk.
• Engage in continuous learning about ESG regulations and their business impact.
