Job summary

J.P. Morgan's Wealth Management ITS team in Singapore seeks a Vice President to manage fiduciary services for a portfolio of trust structures. You will interact with wealth advisors, client advisors and professionals to deliver compliant, value-driven fiduciary outcomes.

The role emphasizes onboarding new structures, coordinating with operations, and maintaining timely financial statements while expanding client relationships and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any discipline.
• Minimum 7 years fiduciary experience in an international environment.
• Knowledge of trust law and regulatory requirements.
• TEP designation or working towards it.
• Ability to evaluate structuring solutions and fiduciary risk.
• Experience with cross-border tax and planning issues.
• Knowledge of investment and credit products and services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Be primarily responsible for a portfolio of trust structures.
• Onboard new structures and manage ongoing transactions and accounts.
• Coordinate with client advisors and wealth teams for client communication.
• Liaise with onboarding and approvals teams for new structures.
• Coordinate with operations for opening bank accounts.
• Perform fiduciary reviews and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Prepare timely financial statements for trust structures.
• Develop and deepen client relationships through regular reviews.
