Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 6+ years in PM/regulatory compliance in financial services.
• Understanding ESG principles and regulatory requirements.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for ESG-related regulatory projects and change management initiatives across Wealth Management.
• Collaborate with regional ESG leadership, product development, marketing, operations, technology and control functions to ensure compliance with sustainable investing regulations.
• Drive analysis and documentation of project requirements and outcomes.
• Oversee progress of project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and ESG regulatory compliance.
• Co-develop and drive end-to-end implementation of target operating models and strategies to improve processes, risk mitigation and tech enhancements.
• Present approaches and updates to senior management on project status and risk management.
• Engage in continuous learning about ESG regulations and their impact on the business.
