Job summary

JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in Singapore seeks an experienced ESG Regulatory Program/Project Manager to lead regulatory-driven initiatives across Wealth Management.

You will coordinate with regional ESG leadership, product development, marketing, operations, technology, and control functions to ensure regulatory compliance and effective program governance. You will manage complex scenarios, tight deadlines, and competing priorities while promoting strategic implementation and ongoing learning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 6+ years in PM/regulatory compliance in the financial services industry.
• Understanding ESG principles and regulatory requirements relevant to investments.
• Experience coordinating multi-team initiatives and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Willingness to challenge business-as-usual operating models and propose improvements.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong risk and controls mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as project manager for key ESG-related regulatory projects and change management initiatives across the Wealth Management platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including regional ESG leadership, product development, marketing, operations, technology, and control functions, to ensure compliance with sustainable investing regulations.
• Drive analysis and documentation of project requirements and outcomes.
• Oversee progress of project deliverables, ensuring timely completion and compliance with ESG regulations.
• Co-develop and drive end-to-end implementation of target operating models to improve process efficiency and risk mitigation.
• Present approaches and updates to senior management on project status and risk management.
• Engage in continuous learning about ESG regulations and their impact on the business.
