Job summary

JPMorganChase in Singapore is seeking a Vice President to join Global Regulatory & Policy Management (GRPM) within the Reporting, Quality & Insights team. You will support deploying data management capabilities, AI-enabled use cases, and centralized QA/reporting to improve consistency and efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in data science/finance, strong Python/SQL, and experience managing senior stakeholders across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science or related degree.
• 8+ years in data science, finance or banking with CIB knowledge.
• 5+ years in data governance, regulatory operations, risk or compliance.
• 5+ years building AI/ML processes end-to-end.
• Strong Python and SQL skills for ML/automation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CIB Regulatory Policy Management reporting and MI.
• Design automated data-processing solutions with minimal manual intervention.
• Deep dive into firmwide LLM tools to design and deliver GRPM use cases.
• Help build and enhance QA processes for Regulatory Policy Management reporting.
• Coordinate delivery across data owners, Risk/Compliance partners, and regional teams.
• Support automated generation of newsletters and policy communications.
• Identify and execute opportunities to reduce manual effort in BAU reporting.
