Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore is seeking an experienced Data & AI Programme Manager (VP) to lead end-to-end delivery of strategic data and AI initiatives across the group. You will drive cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, governance frameworks and operating model transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 10+ years in programme management or transformation roles.
• Experience leading large enterprise-scale data/AI transformation programmes, preferably in banking/financial services.

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Data & AI Programme Manager to lead the delivery and governance of strategic Data and AI initiatives across the OCBC Group. This role will drive end-to-end management of complex, cross-functional programmes spanning data platforms, AI assets, enterprise knowledge management, governance frameworks, operating model transformation and business value realisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related disciplines.
• 10+ years of experience in programme management, transformation, technology delivery, data management or related fields.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation programmes within banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Governance, Data Platforms and AI/GenAI initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent certifications preferred.
