Identify growth opportunities through analysis of customer segments, sales trends, and distribution effectiveness.
Drive cross-functional ideation for innovative product propositions addressing client protection needs.
Secure management alignment through effective communication of proposition value and differentiation.
Manage the preparation of approval materials ensuring clarity on risks and financial implications.
Collaborate with the product delivery team to address implementation issues and oversee product launch.
Monitor sales performance and recommend actions to optimize outcomes based on performance analysis.
Guide and mentor team members to strengthen product and proposition capabilities.
