Baxter Singapore is seeking a commercially minded Product Manager to lead marketing and portfolio management for Patient Support Systems, Global Surgical Solutions and Front Line Care across Singapore. You will develop portfolio strategies, drive market insights, and collaborate with sales, distributors, healthcare professionals, and regional teams to ensure successful product adoption.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy or related field.
Minimum 5 years of product management, product marketing, commercial, or business development experience in medical devices/healthcare.
Proven success developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth.

Responsabilidades

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans for PSS, GSS, and FLC portfolios to meet revenue and market share objectives.
Support annual business planning, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization.
Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and competitive intelligence.
Lead product launch planning, training, and stakeholder communication.
Collaborate with regional/global teams to ensure adoption of new products and technologies.
