Job summary

PROFILE SEARCH & SELECTION (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Manager, Product Management to join its Healthcare business in Singapore. This role blends brand strategy, market insights and commercial execution to grow pharmaceutical products.

You will develop brand strategies, plan launches and campaigns, manage budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results for the business.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, Economics, Pharmacy or related discipline.
• At least 3-4 years of marketing/brand experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in more than one therapeutic area is a plus.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products, customers and industry environment.
• Strong client management, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Good analytical, planning and organisational capabilities.
• Commercially minded with ability to turn market insights into actionable initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand strategies, business proposals and tactical marketing plans that support sales and marketing objectives.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions and campaigns within timelines and budgets.
• Manage marketing budgets, forecasts and expenditure.
• Track market trends, product performance and competitive environment.
• Gather insights from customers and markets to drive brand growth.
• Collaborate with Logistics, Regulatory, Medical and other functions to execute brand initiatives.
