Job summary

Income, a leading Consumer General Insurance provider in Singapore, seeks a senior leader to own the Personal Lines portfolio and drive market-leading product offerings across Travel, Home, Pet and other consumer solutions.

You will partner with Distribution, Actuarial, Marketing and Finance to balance growth, customer value and regulatory compliance while delivering end-to-end product delivery and governance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, Actuarial Science, Insurance or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in General Insurance with Personal Lines product and portfolio management exposure.
• Proven track record in developing and managing insurance products including strategy and portfolio management.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and complex product, regulatory or transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore General Insurance market, regulations and distribution models.

Responsibilities

• Own the Personal Lines portfolio and its strategic direction.
• Define and drive the Personal Lines product roadmap.
• Accountable for product performance, portfolio outcomes and growth initiatives.
• Oversee lifecycle management of Personal Lines products.
• Lead governance, risk management and regulatory compliance for products.
• Build partnerships across Product, Distribution, Actuarial, Operations, Tech and other stakeholders.
• Lead, coach and develop Product Management and Product Delivery teams.
• Represent the organisation with regulators and industry bodies where appropriate.
