Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of banking experience with transaction banking sales and trade finance.
• Experience with commodity trading clients is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of trade finance and working capital solutions.
• Good understanding of FX and cash management products, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Self-motivated, commercially minded, able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Originate and grow transaction banking business with commodity trading clients across energy, metals, mining and agricultural sectors.
• Support the execution of client sales strategies to grow wallet share, volumes, and P&L.
• Identify client needs and originate transaction banking solutions with product/structuring teams.
• Collaborate to cross-sell FX and cash management with trade facilities.
• Coordinate with Legal/Compliance/Operations to deliver client solutions timely.
