Job summary

Morgan Stanley in Singapore seeks a Vice President to join Asia ISG Finance as part of the Asia Commodities Product Controller. The role covers end-to-end finance processes, P&L review, balance sheet reporting and cross-functional coordination across Sales & Trading, Operations, IT and Risk.

You will lead and develop the team while ensuring adherence to risk and regulatory standards. The position requires at least 8 years of relevant experience and a university degree in Finance, Economics or

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of finance controls, P&L, balance sheet reporting and reconciliations.
• Experience with end-to-end finance processes in a large, global firm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Finance and cross-functional teams across the Firm.
• Lead end-to-end programs requiring complex decision making and stakeholder needs.
• Ensure adherence to risk and regulatory standards; own contingency plans.
• Review and communicate changes to balance sheet, capital and expenses to Business Heads.
• Review daily P&L and P&L attribution for Asia Commodities and derivatives.
