Job summary

RealVantage in Singapore is seeking a Vice President of Asset & Portfolio Management to oversee portfolio performance across its global real estate investments. You will monitor performance, manage KPI tracking, participate in budgeting, and optimize capital structure while coordinating with sponsors, operating partners and investors.

This regional role requires deep institutional real estate experience and strong financial analysis with a track record of risk management and strategic portfolio

Qualifications

• Institutional real estate investment experience is required.
• Strong financial analysis capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with sponsors, operating partners and investors.

Responsibilities

• Monitor portfolio performance against underwriting assumptions and business plans.
• Track KPIs such as occupancy, leasing, NOI, debt metrics, and IRR.
• Review annual budgets and operating plans with sponsors and partners.
• Evaluate refinancing and capital-structure optimization opportunities.
• Lead portfolio reporting for management, investors, and governance committees.
• Present portfolio updates and risk recommendations to the Investment Committee.
