Qualifications
- 3+ years in real estate portfolio management or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of real estate financial modelling and returns.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and strengthen performance of portfolio and investments with regular reviews.
- Communicate with third-party asset managers for best outcomes.
- Monitor markets and prepare research to support investment strategy.
- Coordinate with lawyers, tax advisors, agents, appraisers for ad-hoc issues.
- Manage documentation across multinational regions.
- Collaborate with local staff including back/middle office and investment team.
- Liaise with Headquarters' departments.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
