Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in real estate portfolio management or related financial sector.
- Strong Excel modelling and investment analysis skills; ability to forecast returns.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance against underwriting assumptions and targets.
- Engage with asset managers to monitor asset performance and address operational matters.
- Analyse market trends to support portfolio strategy and decisions.
- Conduct financial analysis and performance reviews to identify risks and opportunities.
- Liaise with legal, tax, and advisory professionals on investment matters across countries.
- Coordinate investment documentation and cross-border execution.
- Collaborate with middle- and back-office staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Align regional activities with HQ investment objectives.
- Undertake ad-hoc projects as required.
