You will support growth, manage financials, and coordinate with operators, leasing agents, and property managers to optimize value from acquisition through exit. The role involves developing repositioning strategies, reviewing P&Ls with finance, forecasting, budgeting, and monitoring KPIs to meet business plans.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Real Estate, or Business from a reputable institution.
• Hands-on with financials and advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support growth, management and performance reporting of real estate portfolio.
• Monitor asset KPIs, review P&Ls with Finance, and assist in budgeting/forecasting.
• Develop and execute asset repositioning strategies including AEI planning and branding.
