Qualifications

• Masters degree in Finance / Business Administration or MBA from a leading university.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with private real estate / infrastructure funds in investment or asset management roles.
• Commercially astute with sharp analytical, research, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee portfolio strategy, budgets, and performance metrics for private data centre funds.
• Maintain centralized oversight of funds, including liquidity, expenses, governance, and returns.
• Produce fund-level investor reporting and benchmarking against real estate, infrastructure, and data centre peers.
• Support capital raising through development of marketing materials, pitchbooks, DDQs, RFP responses, and fund terms documentation.
• Engage with institutional investors and respond to queries; manage relationships across stakeholders.
• Collaborate with asset management to monitor business plan execution and escalate risks and opportunities.
