Job summary

OCBC in Singapore invites you to join the Export Credit Agency and Project Finance team, driving ECA-backed financings across Asia and beyond. You will work with sector coverage teams, overseas branches and product partners to tailor financing solutions for clients.

This role offers broad exposure to business development, credit analysis, transaction structuring and execution, including due diligence and financial modelling for complex projects with Korean sponsors.

Qualifications

• Sound credit analysis and structuring skills.
• Strong financial modelling capability.
• Commercial mindset with client focus.
• Fluency in Korean preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing ECA-backed financing and PF business, including mandates involving Korean counterparties.
• Perform transaction screening, market research and preliminary credit assessments.
• Prepare client presentations, financing proposals, indicative terms and other deal-related materials.
• Lead transaction execution, including due diligence, credit assessment, financial modelling, structuring and documentation.
• Assess project and corporate financial information and identify key commercial, structural and credit considerations.
• Maintain financial models and perform sensitivity and scenario analyses.
• Draft credit applications and transaction recommendations for internal approval.
• Help develop financing structures that meet client objectives while balancing OCBC’s risk, return and capital objectives.
• Track developments across relevant industries and the ECA market, and assess potential implications for the business and portfolio.
• Prepare market intelligence, management reports and other internal materials as required.
