Morgan Stanley seeks a Vice President to lead the Asia Commodities Trade Support at the Singapore Branch. The role oversees trade capture, lifecycle events, reconciliation, and exception handling for the Commodities business, interfacing with Sales/Traders and regional/global Operations teams.

You will help establish governance, build new platforms, and drive automation and AI initiatives to improve efficiency and risk controls.

Qualificações

• Min 10 years of experience in operations, with 6–10 years in Commodities operations.
• Experience in Physical Commodities operations is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of commodities products, business, operational knowledge, and related regulations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across functional/locations.

Responsabilidades

• Set the vision for your team in alignment with global peers; ensure execution, controls, enablement and compliance.
• Lead talent acquisition, succession planning and develop bench strength.
• Run the operation as a business with client service focus, cost discipline and automation agenda.
• Collaborate with Business Units and stakeholders to execute strategy and oversee SG Commodities Trade Support operations.
• Establish and execute governance for Asia regional commodities operations.
