Qualifications

• 8+ years in project management within banking/change the bank programs.
• Experience in wealth management and middle-office functions.
• Proven skills in requirements elicitation, process modelling, and UAT coordination.
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across Operations change initiatives with cross-divisional teams.
• Apply advanced business analysis techniques to drive transformation in Wealth Management.
• Drive process changes with impact assessment, change management, and service integration.
• Document and validate complex business requirements for tech and operations teams.
• Map end-to-end processes with current/future state designs and gap analyses.
• Champion AI adoption to accelerate analysis, documentation, and test scenario development.
• Lead agile delivery using JIRA/Confluence, ensuring transparency and improvement.
• Develop program strategies with stakeholder alignment and change readiness.
