Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience in banking change programs.
• Experience in Wealth Management and middle office functions.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process modelling, and UAT coordination.
• Excellent stakeholder management and senior-level communication.
• Leadership across multiple workstreams under tight deadlines.
• Experience with AI tools to enhance analysis and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects across Operations change initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Drive process changes with impact assessment and change management.
• Document and validate complex business requirements for tech teams.
• Develop end-to-end process flows and future state designs.
• Collaborate with technology to align business needs with solutions.
