Job summary

Temasek International Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a VP of the Agentic AI Platform to design and govern enterprise AI agent platforms across the firm, enabling secure, scalable automation across business units.

You will partner with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and business teams to define standards, manage memory and model gateways, and chart the platform roadmap in line with Temasek's long-term technology direction.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, or AI/ML infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with agent platforms or frameworks (e.g., Copilot Studio, Gemini Enterprise).
• Experience working with security, architecture, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical strategy for the agentic AI platform, including orchestration, memory management, and developer tooling.
• Establish standards and reference architectures for agent development on Temasek platforms.
• Own the platform roadmap and ensure alignment with delivery needs and long-term technology direction.
• Ensure platform security, monitoring, and governance across business units.
