Job summary

Temasek is a global investment company safeguarding trust and resilience across its ecosystem. Reporting to the CISO, you will shape governance frameworks for cybersecurity, AI security, and emerging technologies, ensuring independent assurance and regulatory alignment.

You will lead risk assessments, develop policies and controls, and provide data-driven risk reporting to senior management, while collaborating across business units to strengthen cyber resilience and responsible AI governance.

Qualifications

• At least 6–8 years in cybersecurity, IT security governance, risk management or oversight.
• Experience developing governance frameworks, policies and assurance programmes.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent governance, oversight and assurance across cybersecurity, AI security, IT security and emerging tech risks.
• Develop enterprise-wide cybersecurity and AI governance frameworks, policies, standards and controls.
• Monitor regulatory developments and drive governance enhancements.
• Advise on risk-informed decision making and security incident response.
• Collaborate with business units to strengthen governance and risk practices.
