Job summary

Temasek Holdings in Singapore seeks an Enterprise AI Adoption AVP to lead structured change programmes embedding AI fluency across investments, operations and support teams. You will coach business users, measure adoption, and drive measurable value with guardrails and oversight.

Hybrid guidance is provided by Temasek's Technology function, with collaboration across AI champions and senior leadership to design role-based learning journeys and sustain AI-enabled workflows at scale.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 7+ years in enterprise technology adoption or change management.
• Proven success delivering large-scale AI adoption programs.
• Strong ability to explain AI capabilities to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI capability deployments and adoption tracking.
• Design adoption campaigns and governance for AI pilots to scale.
• Build a network of AI champions across business units.
• Collaborate with Technology, Investment, and Operations leadership.
• Measure usage, confidence, quality, and value of AI initiatives.
