Job summary

APAR TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT professional to provide L1/L2 support for NICE Voice Recording and trading floor voice systems.

You will assist migrations, upgrades, and deployments, and conduct user testing on turrets and Cisco phones. The role requires hands-on experience with NICE Voice Recording, IPC Trading Systems, and Cisco/Avaya, plus knowledge of trading floor technologies.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with NICE Voice Recording.
• Experience with IPC Trading Systems.
• Experience with Cisco and/or Avaya.
• Knowledge of trading floor and telecommunications technologies.
• Financial services experience is preferred.
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.
• IT/Computer Science degree or relevant certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 support for NICE Voice Recording and trading floor voice systems.
• Support voice recording system migrations, upgrades, and deployments.
• Perform user testing for voice recording on turrets and Cisco phones.
• Troubleshoot and resolve voice system issues.
• Work with internal teams, project managers, and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Perform system health checks, patching, performance tuning, and maintenance.
• Monitor and resolve security vulnerabilities and system risks.
• Support EOL/EOS software and system upgrades.
• Maintain technical documentation and provide regular project updates.
• Provide onsite support during user, floor, and site migrations.
