Job summary

TYSON JAY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily store operations in Singapore, ensuring exceptional customer service, smooth cash handling and consistent standards.

You will plan staffing rosters, drive sales through conversion and average transaction value, coach store colleagues, and coordinate with marketing on promotions while maintaining premium visual merchandising and brand presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial role within Singapore fashion retail.
• Experience managing flagship or multiple-store operations.
• Strong understanding of premium visual merchandising, with practical leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on across operations, sales and brand activities; experience supporting events or local marketing is highly desirable.
