TYSON JAY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced retail leader to own daily store operations, oversee staffing, and drive sales.

You will coach the team, ensure premium visual merchandising, and coordinate with marketing on promotions and events. The role requires hands-on management across operations, sales and brand activities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and store performance.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of retail experience, including 3–4 years in a managerial role in Singapore fashion retail.
• Proven track record improving sales and managing flagship or multi-store operations.
• Strong knowledge of premium visual merchandising and people leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 4–6 years of retail experience, including at least 3–4 years in a managerial role within Singapore fashion retail.
• Demonstrated success improving sales and managing flagship or multiple-store operations.
• Strong understanding of premium visual merchandising, with practical leadership, coaching and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working hands-on across operations, sales and brand activities; experience supporting events or local marketing is highly desirable.
