Job summary

Grand Brands Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a capable Retail Store Supervisor (Fashion) for its Somerset, Singapore store. You will lead the store team, deliver excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing, cashiering and sales reconciliation.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role, preferably in fashion/apparel, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• GCE O Level or Diploma/equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Fashion or apparel retail experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and customer service skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and retail hours.

Responsibilities

Location: Somerset, Singapore
Salary: up to $3,000 - $3,300 (Depends on experience)
Working Hours: 5-day work week (roster basis, including weekends & PH)

Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate and coach the store team to achieve sales targets

• Deliver excellent customer service and handle customer feedback professionally

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing, cashiering and daily sales reconciliation

• Manage stock replenishment, stock counts and visual merchandising standards

• Prepare staff rosters and train new team members

• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management

Requirements:
