sggovterp is seeking an organised, proactive team member to provide on-site operational support for Singapore Art Week programmes and events, including openings, SAW Forum, media events and precinct activations. You will assist with guest registration, wayfinding, programme coordination and documentation.

You will help plan and deliver SAW's marketing and communications campaigns, update websites and manage programme information across partners.

Qualificações

• Polytechnic diploma or above with relevant studies.
• Interest in visual arts, festival programming, marketing and arts management.
• Interest in research and data analysis; prior experience is a plus.
• Basic graphic design knowledge is a bonus.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience supporting visual arts exhibitions or initiatives and administrative duties.
• Comfortable using website content management systems.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines.
• Proactive, able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site operational support for Singapore Art Week programmes and events, including registration, guest management, wayfinding and documentation.
• Support planning and delivery of SAW's marketing and communications campaigns, including publicity materials and website updates.
• Coordinate and maintain programme information across arts groups and partners, including data collation and database management.
• Deliver on-site support for events and activations and assist with research, data analysis and visualization of visual arts statistics.
• Support the Visual Arts team on broader projects and coordination tasks.
