The role oversees strategic leadership, curriculum direction from primary to Cambridge IGCSE and A Level, and the expansion of Grades 11 and 12, with focus on admissions, staff development, and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field; a master's in Educational Leadership preferred.
• Significant senior leadership experience as Head of School, Principal, Deputy Principal, or equivalent.
• Proven track record of growing enrolment, improving academic outcomes, and strengthening school culture.
• Strong knowledge of the British curriculum and Cambridge pathways, especially IGCSE and A Level; IPC/IMYC experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-year strategic plan to grow enrolment, retention, and long-term development.
• Oversee admissions strategies, parent engagement, marketing, and community partnerships.
• Guide Grade 11 and 12 expansion with staffing, facilities, and financial planning.
• Drive teaching effectiveness, curriculum quality, assessment standards, and university counselling.
